WILL HARLOW

William Harlow is the founder of WHP Studios, private personal training studios in Andersonville, Chicago.

In January 2020, Will incorporated WH Performance, Inc. and since then, WHP Studios has grown to two private training studios and a wonderful team of personal trainers and coaches.

Will has 15 years of diverse sports coaching and personal training experience and provides sports skills and athletic performance training in baseball, softball, football, basketball, soccer, golf, MMA and speed, strength, agility and quickness.

Will holds multiple training certifications including NASM CPT, CES, PES, FNS and USAW as well as a MBA from Fordham University in New York City and a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Jenille ramos

Jenille Ramos is General Manager at WHP Studios and a Certified Integrative Health Coach.

Jenille is your designated onboarding specialist, and she is here to provide you with support throughout your wellness journey. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to her at any time. With over a decade of experience as a lifestyle health coach, Jenille is an invaluable asset to WHP.

She completed her education as a Certified Integrative Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she gained expertise in innovative coaching techniques and practical lifestyle management methods. Her continued education credits include Emotional Psychology and Hormone Health.

GINA Magsombol

Gina came into the fitness world after several serious life events in her mid-30s. She fell into fitness as a way to manage the stress of caregiving, a divorce, and managing a demanding corporate career. After years of training her own mind and body through movement, it became her passion to help other individuals through their own life and body changes to reach their personal health goals, build inner strength, while finding balance between mind, body, and movement. Gina provides personalized training in a safe, non-judgmental, private space at WHP Studios. 

Gina Magsombol is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 15 years of a non-competitive background in running, boxing, weightlifting, powerlifting, golf, cycling, and tennis. 

Specializations include:

Woman's coaching for women over 40, strength training, running, nutrition.

KARA RICHARDS

As an experienced and certified Personal Trainer with a decade of practice, I have successfully helped my clients achieve remarkable results. My passion for fitness has driven me to share my knowledge with my clients, and I always strive to create personalized workout plans that fit their needs and preferences. My expertise in this field, backed by my NASM CPT certification, allows me to guide my clients toward a healthier and more active lifestyle, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life.

Specializations include:
Boxing, strength training, pregnancy, healthy aging, cardiovascular capacity, mobility, flexibility, diastasis recti, low back pain, bulging disc, injury rehabilitation, physical therapy, pain management, corrective exercise, and pelvic floor strengthening.

EMILY OSChmann RDN, LDN, CDN

Emily Oschmann, RDN, LDN, CDN (she/her) is a HAES-aligned Registered Dietitian and believes that anyone can become healthy in the body they are currently in.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is pursuing her Masters in Dietetics there as well. In addition to working on her degree, Emily is also pursuing a Body Trust Provider certification and an intuitive eating counselor certification.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling with her mom, going on adventures with her fiancé, trying the newest brewery in Wisconsin, doing 5k walks/runs, snuggling her cats, and watching sports.
