1:1 Personal TRAINING SESSIONS
Our personal trainers, in private studio gyms, conduct 1:1 and small group training sessions in 25 minute and 50 minute time slots. Ideally, we will work together to find a consistent and recurring weekly schedule and structure to help you focus on yourself and your unique needs and goals throughout your busy week.
Our purpose is to help you incorporate consistent and progressive training, exercise and movement activity into your lifestyle.
If you have a friend or family member that would like to train with you, our private studio gyms can accommodate up to 3 (three) people per session with our Tandem (2 clients) and Trio (3 clients) options.
2 Sessions Per Week
Training two times each week is an easy way to focus on total body strengthening and start to build the habit into your lifestyle. Our trainers will focus on different movements and body parts in each workout to actively work on some, while the others rest.
3 Sessions Per Week
Training three times each week, steps up your progress and provides more time for guided focus on each training area. It also allows for additional mobility and isolated strength movements.
5 & 10 Session Package Pricing
Workouts can be held in-person at our personal training private studio gyms in Andersonville, Chicago or live virtually from your home or remote gym location.

Monthly App Add-On - $50
Access to an on-demand workout library that is connected to your client file and accessible at any point in time.
You have the flexibility to exercise at home whenever you want, allowing you to fit in extra workouts during the week. All your workouts are tracked and can be viewed within the app. Your trainer can discuss and recommend these workouts with you during your in-person or virtual sessions.
