WILL HARLOW

FOUNDER, PERSONAL TRAINER

William Harlow is the founder of WHP Studios, personal training private studio gyms in Andersonville, Chicago.

In January 2020, Will incorporated WH Performance, Inc. and since then, WHP Studios has grown to two private training studios and a wonderful team of personal trainers and coaches.

Will has 15 years of diverse sports coaching and personal training experience and provides sports skills and athletic performance training in baseball, softball, football, basketball, soccer, golf, MMA, and speed, strength, agility, and quickness.

He grew up in Oregon, Wisconsin and holds an MBA from Fordham University in New York City and a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Jenille ramos

GENERAL MANAGER

Jenille Ramos is WHP Studios General Manager and a Certified Integrative Health Coach.

Jenille has 12 years of lifestyle health coaching experience and is your designated onboarding specialist. She will support you in getting started and then throughout your wellness journey, connecting you with our professional partners and answering any related billing or scheduling questions that come up.

She completed her education as a Certified Integrative Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she gained expertise in innovative coaching techniques and practical lifestyle management methods. Her continued education credits include Emotional Psychology and Hormone Health.

KARA RICHARDS

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Specializations include:

Boxing, strength training, pregnancy, healthy aging, cardiovascular capacity, mobility, flexibility, diastasis recti, low back pain, bulging disc, injury rehabilitation, physical therapy, pain management, corrective exercise, and pelvic floor health.

Kara Richards is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years of training and coaching experience.

Kara specializes in developing personalized workout plans, offering in-person and virtual guidance to help people lead healthier, more active lives, resulting in increased happiness and fulfillment.

Gina Magsombol is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 15 years of experience in running, boxing, weightlifting, powerlifting, golf, cycling, and tennis. 

Gina entered the fitness world after several serious life events in her mid-30s. She fell into fitness to manage the stress of caregiving, a divorce, and managing a demanding corporate career. After years of training her mind and body through movement, it became her passion to help others reach their personal health goals, build inner strength, and find the balance between mind, body, and movement. Gina provides personalized training in a safe, non-judgmental, private space.

Maura CONNOR

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
NASM CPT

Specializations include:

Training older adults, women, and individuals living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease. Her expertise is further endorsed by certifications from the Brian Grant Foundation and the American Parkinson’s Disease Association.

As an experienced fitness professional, Maura believes physical activity is essential for improving health and well-being. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and holds additional certifications, including AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, ACSM Exercise is Medicine credential, and TRX Suspension Training. Maura's approach focuses on meeting people at their unique starting points and guiding them toward healthier lifestyles through physical activity.

Outside of her professional life, Maura enjoys walking her dog Ponto, trying new restaurants, listening to music and telling her husband what to do.

KATY CAMPBELL

Running, bicycling, strength and cardiovascular training, weightlifting, healthy aging, low back pain and corrective exercise.

Katy Campbell is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and RRCA Certified Run Coach with 10 years of experience in running, weightlifting, powerlifting, and cycling.

Katy entered the fitness world in her recovery from an eating disorder and found a safe space to move her body and enjoy doing so in running and weightlifting. In training for her first marathon, she injured herself and began integrating her training with cycling, swimming, and weightlifting, which has kept her injury-free in every training cycle since. She creates a judgment-free space where people can find joy and fun in movement.
