WHP Studios private one on one sports skills coaches provide training sessions in multiple sports including football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, track and field, golf, volleyball and SAQ (speed, agility and quickness).

We have worked with young athletes and those young at heart, ranging from ages 6 to 96 - including national team players and olympians, professionals and semi-professionals, all state and all conference high school team selections and many NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA recruits.

Improving your times and repetitions in combine, showcase and camp evaluations helps increase potential recruiting opportunities. Learning the best techniques of performing featured evaluation drills, including the 40 yard dash, pro agility drill, 60 yard dash, vertical jump, squat, bench press, deadlift, etc. will make your evaluation numbers and recruiting videos stand out to collegiate and professional coaches, scouts and general managers, improving the diversity of your offers and opportunities.
