Hannah’s first entry into Pilates was in the Spring of 2019 after another knee dislocation. Her Physical Therapist recommended she try Pilates to continue building strength.
Since that day, she’s been a passionate Pilates student and believes in breaking down the barriers that may keep students out of Pilates classes. That’s one of the reasons she completed Pilates Mat teacher training through VIDA Fitness in Washington, DC in 2022. It’s also why she’s so excited to partner with WHP Studios. Hannah strives to create a friendly and inclusive space for students of all backgrounds, experience levels, and body types.
This virtual, all-levels Pilates class will help you strengthen key muscles, increase your range of motion, and enhance balance and coordination. The 1-hour class will begin with Pilates 101 and then transition into a warmup and the workout. All that’s needed is an exercise mat/towel, water, and comfortable clothes. The class is perfect for newcomers and advanced Pilates students, alike.
